How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments to the EU will typically take Approx. up to 1 week to reach their final destination. Usually 2-3 days Shipments to other non EU destinations such as USA ,Canada ,Japan ,Australia will take up to 2 weeks. Usually 4-6 days. Which payment methods are available on this site ? We accept payments mainly through PayPal.com , & PAYU (credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards and eChecks) and wire transfers. We do not accept personal checks.

Will I be charged a customs fee ?

If you are located within the E.U. you don’t pay any customs fee. If you are located outside of the E.U. duties and taxes may apply. For example in US if your order exceeds $2000 the tax is 5% , below that amount you don’t pay any fee.

How are orders packaged ?

All orders regardless of purchase amount are carefully wrapped within secure packaging than placed in a hard box to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping ?

If there are any issues with a shipment, please contact our Customer support immediately. We will do everything possible to locate the source of the problem. All shippments are registered with tracking number and insured.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box in U.S. ?

Yes. The United States Postal Service will ship to P.O. Boxes and Armed Services addresses. However, express shipping agents like FedEx , UPS or DHL cannot be delivered to a post office box.

How long will it take to receive my exchanged item ?
